Hair care masks

Calling all hair care lovers! You all out there...you know who you are. Seriously though, if I don't do weekly hair mask treatments, my hair looks so dull, lifeless, and is so prone to split ends and total dryness. Hair care==MUST! So I decided to try two hair masks that I recently purchased and give my impressions on them here on my blog. They are the following masks:

Silicon Mix Proteina de Perla Hair Treatment & Garnier Whole Blends Avocado Oil and Shea Butter Nourishing Mask

Inside of Proteina de Perla-thick, pale, baby-blue consistency; smells like a synthetic baby-blue hair mask :)

Inside of Garnier Avocado Oil and Shea Butter hair mask-thick honey-mustard consistency; smells like synthetic honey-like perfume

Once I use them, I will give a review of how I used them and their benefits to my hair.

Hydrate Thyself

One of the first things I would like to blog about is skin care. I need to do this. Skincare is something that has really developed from not having the easiest skin to deal with and making a lot of mistakes along the way...all to eventually  learn how to accept my skin's condition and treat it well-I am still learning everyday. One of the fundamental things that has helped me is water-specifically ph-balanced, alkanized water! Get your hands on H20 in a big way-seriously! The human body and the earth we inhabit are mostly water, so it should make sense that we should incorporate water, more importantly hydration, into out daily lives. Cheers..err..ok just go ahead and drink the water!

Ice cold water with slices of lemons :)
